Founded in 1981 and a Division of The Synchronous Aerospace Group, Helicomb International is centrally located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Helicomb International serves three distinct markets:

• OEM manufacturing
• Repair and Overhaul of bonded assemblies
• Military Department of Defense/DLA manufacturing for both Fixed wing and Rotorcraft platforms

To support our valued customers, we hold multiple OEM and Regulatory approvals and Certifications. For over 30 years we have been the “Experts in the Manufacture and Repair of Bonded Assemblies”.

 

Helicomb’s facility is comprised of approximately 80,000 square

 

feet of manufacturing space and approximately 10,000

square feet of Office Space. We employ approximately 100 people. We have 8,500 square feet of climate controlled Tool Storage Space that can be converted to manufacturing space as needed. The manufacturing area contains 11,000 total square feet of controlled environment clean rooms, two autoclaves, three ovens, two paint booths and a metal processing clean line. We have the capacity to support programs from one off repairs and prototype production to full rate multi-year manufacturing programs.
