Helicopter Repair Sales

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The candidate will be responsible for growing profitable sales within his or her accounts. Growth in sales will be achieved by the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain customer account plans to provide a strategic road map to profitable growth.
  • Travel as required.
  • Create and use marketing communication tools such as: email blasts, brochures, proposals, direct mailers, newsletters, telemarketing and events.
  • Telephone prospecting for new customers.
  • Telephone sales to existing customers.
  • Continuous product training to improve product knowledge.
  • Participate and organize Helicomb trade shows, surveys, client events and market research.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Actively pursue new repair capabilities with customers and prospects.
  • Participate in company training as required.
  • Keep prospect and customer information up to date in computer software programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 40% during a month.
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand complex processes and thus effectively communicate them to the buyer groups.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in outside sales and marketing in a technically detailed manufacturing environment.
  • Prefer sales experience in a FAA repair station or MRO facility.
  • Aerospace composites experience is a plus.

EDUCATION:

  • Minimum requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.
  • Training on customer contact software and Microsoft Office.

Painter/Bond Prime

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Painter/Bond Prime position is responsible for efficiently painting aircraft parts to customer specifications and maintains a consistent flow of parts through the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cleans and prepares aircraft part surfaces prior to painting.
  • Sprays specified amount or thickness of primers/bond primers on parts.
  • Mix and thin paints to specified color and consistency in accordance to standard formulas.
  • Sets up scaffolding when necessary prior to painting.
  • Masks and covers surfaces not to be painted.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Training

  • The Painter should have two to four years painting experience in an aerospace environment.
  • Technical Requirements
    • The Painter must be able to utilize spray guns and have the ability to properly mix paints.
    • The painter must be able to pass periodic coupon testing for certification.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on consistent basis
