Helicomb International Inc. is a leading manufacturer of precision composite and metal bonded assemblies to the aerospace industry.  Aircraft OEM’s have found our pricing, quality, and turn-around time to be among the best in the industry.  Our core competencies include fabrication and assembly of composite bonded structures, metal bonded structures, and metal processing for aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium.

We hold special process certifications for Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed, and General Electric. We also are qualified for Digital Product Definition (DPD) and Model Based Definition (MBD). Helicopter Repair Division

Helicomb International has become one of the most acclaimed commercial and military helicopter composite FAA and EASA approved repair stations in the world. Our stable, knowledgeable workforce—unmatched in the industry—is comprised of master mechanics with over 30 years of experience.

We receive parts in need of repair from companies all over the world. Once received in, customers can expect an average turn-around of 2-3 weeks. It is through our quality repairs and timely deliveries that Helicomb International has maintained its positive reputation and extensive customer base. Since Helicomb began in 1981, over 40,000 parts have been repaired for customers all around the globe. We maintain an extensive inventory of finished goods on a variety of part numbers for exchange or outright sale.

 

Military Helicopter Manufacturing

In addition to Helicopter repair and OEM manufacturing, Helicomb is an active participant in the U.S. Military spares contracts program. We manufacture bonded assemblies for the UH-1, OH-58, AH-1, UH-60, CH-47 and AH-64 helicopters. Helicomb has supplied a wide variety of products on a wide range of aircraft to the U.S. Government.
